For appointments scheduled more than 6 hours in advance, you can cancel or reschedule via My Appointments or by sending an email or message to RMTYUKI.

Any cancellations or rescheduling made less than 6 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in a $20 cancellation fee. This policy does not apply in cases of severe weather.
