Massage Treatments

Therapeutic Massage

This treatment includes meridian hot moxibustion and is designed to be highly specific and goal-oriented. It may incorporate various massage techniques to achieve specific treatment goals. If you are experiencing pain or discomfort and aim to regain a pain-free life, this massage is tailored for you.
If you are uncertain about which type of massage to choose, I recommend selecting the Therapeutic Massage for a comprehensive and effective approach to address your needs.

Deep Tissue Massage

Apply acupoints and utilize meridian hot moxibustion during the massage. Employ firm pressure and slow strokes, aiming to release chronic muscle tension, knots, and adhesions. This technique is particularly beneficial for individuals with chronic pain, postural issues, or those seeking relief from specific areas of tension or stiffness.
The massage involves applying more pressure with slow, deep strokes to target the deep layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This is effective for releasing deep muscle tension and promoting recovery from muscle injuries. It applies appropriate pressure to facilitate the healing of scar tissue and provides relief from the pain associated with soft tissue injuries, chronic conditions, stress, and tension.

Head & Facial Massage

Experience ultimate relaxation with a comprehensive massage that targets the head, neck, and shoulders. This specialized treatment helps relieve tension, improve circulation, alleviate headaches, and enhance sleep quality by promoting meridian flow. Regular sessions offer more than just muscle relaxation, benefiting overall well-being.
Facial massage, included in this treatment, promotes circulation, reduces fine lines, relieves tension, and encourages lymphatic drainage. It also includes cleansing, point massage, oil treatment, guasha, hydrating mask, and moxibustion. Please notify me of any allergies to ensure your comfort.

Feet & Hand Reflexology

Reflexology is a holistic practice that concentrates on the interconnected points on the feet and hands, aiming to energize the body while fostering relaxation and overall well-being. This technique involves applying targeted pressure to specific reflex zones exclusively on the feet and hands. By doing so, reflexology can effectively reduce muscle tension and anxiety, facilitating the body's natural ability to normalize itself.

Foot Massage

Foot massage is distinct from reflexology; Foot massage is a soothing treatment designed to relax the muscles and alleviate tension in the feet. By employing various techniques such as kneading, stroking, and applying pressure, this practice promotes improved circulation and enhances overall comfort. Ideal for relieving fatigue and stress, a foot massage helps you unwind and rejuvenate after a long day.

Pediatric Massage

A pediatric massage is typically administered to children from the toddler stage through adolescence or young adulthood, covering ages between 12 and 18 years. This specialized massage is designed to promote relaxation, encourage healthy sleep patterns, support growth and brainwave activity. Additionally, it can alleviate discomfort associated with teething, colic, and gas, regulate breathing and heart rate, and contribute to the development of the digestive and immune systems.

Cupping & Therapeutic Massage

Cupping is a therapy that enhances blood circulation in the targeted areas where cups are applied. This technique is known to alleviate muscle tension, enhance blood flow, and stimulate cell repair. Cupping can also contribute to the release of scar tissue and reduction of adhesions.

Gua Sha & Therapeutic Massage

Gua sha is a traditional Chinese healing method that involves using a smooth-edged tool to stroke the skin while applying pressure. This motion creates small, red, rash-like dots known as petechiae that appear beneath the skin. Gua sha is believed to help relieve pain and enhance overall body circulation.
